Using this website or submitting a contact form does not create a customer, patient, caregiver, advisory or other professional relationship with DWEL. Any pilot, subscription or service relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Submitting a website form permits DWEL to respond to the inquiry using the contact information provided. It does not enroll anyone in recurring promotional or service-related text messages.

Product screenshots, videos, demonstrations, workflows, statistics and forward-looking statements explain DWEL's current direction. Actual features, pricing, availability and performance may change. Nothing on this website commits DWEL to deliver a specific feature on a specific date.

Privacy

The DWEL Privacy Notice explains how DWEL handles information collected through the public website and the DWEL text messaging program.

Text messaging

Submitting a telephone number through the public website does not enroll anyone in text messages. In the authenticated DWEL service, a caregiver who enters a mobile number in their profile consents to receive service-related text messages governed by the DWEL SMS Terms and the DWEL Privacy Notice. Receiving an invitation, creating an account, being named in a Circle of Care or adding a care recipient telephone number does not by itself provide caregiver SMS consent. Message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes; submit false, misleading, malicious or sensitive information through website forms; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; or use website content in a way that infringes DWEL's or another party's rights.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, designs, graphics, logos, videos and other materials, are owned by or licensed to DWEL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
